Timothy B. Dotson, DDS

Your dental needs require special attention, and Dr. Dotson has spent much of his life developing that personal touch.

Dr. Dotson received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loyola University in 1986 and his postgraduate certificates in Periodontics from Northwestern University. He is a cosmetic dentistry instructor and graduate of the Aesthetic Advantage Continuum, the most acclaimed aesthetic dentistry course in the country!

An active member of many prestigious dental associations, Dr. Dotson is a member of the ADA, AGD, CDS, ISDS, AACD and more. In addition, Dr. Dotson was named in the 2007 Consumer Publication, “America’s Top Dentist.” His practice has been featured on Fox News, Fox Morning Show, ABC’s 190 North Show, the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Magazine as well as various trade publications and local newspapers.

Dr. Dotson continues his education by attending courses, seminars and case studies each year. His recent focus has been on cosmetics and relieving dental fear with sedation and relaxation techniques. He has created a revolutionary kind of practice that invites patients to relax while receiving quality dentistry and spa-like amenities. He has committed long hours and energy researching methods of relaxation and cosmetic dentistry with one goal in mind– your overall health and beautiful smile.

Nichole L. DeMars, DDS

Dr. DeMars graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the Detroit Mercy Dental School. During her residency at Loyola University Medical Center, Dr. DeMars specialized in comprehensive dentistry including cosmetics, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, ER medicine, anesthesia, internal medicine, plastics, oral surgery and more.

Continuing education courses allow Dr. DeMars to stay on the leading edge of dentistry. Each year, she takes courses in everything from full-mouth synergy to occlusion to Invisalign. She has also studied with the prestigious Hornbrook Group and has participated in the Aesthetic Advantage course in New York.

Dr. DeMars brought her general, cosmetic and surgical expertise to Perfect Smile Dental Spa in 2002. She has an eye for cosmetic detail that results in stunning smile designs that feel as great as they look. With certifications in modern procedures and techniques, Dr. DeMars gives our patients the results they desire quickly and safely.

Dr. DeMars proudly extends her services to special needs and medically compromised patients, including patients with cancer and diabetes. At Perfect Smile Dental Spa, we believe that everyone should receive the care he or she needs in a comfortable, anxiety-free environment. Dr. DeMars’ expertise combines with our soothing environment to deliver a peaceful dental experience for patients from all backgrounds.

In her spare time, Dr. DeMars enjoys volunteering her services. She participated in the Medical Mission to Peru in 2003 and she volunteered with the Special Olympics in 2002 and 2003.
